About Dave
Dave Hersher is the owner and principal consultant of Hersher Consulting LLC. Over a twenty-five year career of working with companies in consumer-facing industries, he developed a passion for solving business problems and helping teams manage the process of change. He brings decades of experience as an operations and project management executive to bear in each engagement.
He holds an MBA concentrated in Finance, a BA in Organizational Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional and Change Management Practitioner.
Dave and his wife, Liz, live in Massillon, Ohio with their daughter and three poodle mixes. They have two adult sons.
He serves on the board of trustees for the Massillon Public Library and is a high school mentor with the Legacy Project of Stark. He is a former elected at-large member of city council in Massillon, mayoral appointment to the city’s planning commission, treasurer for Aunt Susie’s Cancer Wellness Center for Women, and a yStark! Twenty Under 40 recipient through the Canton (Ohio) Regional Chamber of Commerce.
