Every Wednesday I host an open session for owners and leaders. Bring a decision you’re stuck on, a project that’s stalled, or a problem you can’t quite name, and we’ll work through it together.
How It Works
Drop in anytime during the session and stay as long as you like. Bring one question or problem. I take them in the order they come in, so everyone gets time. Nothing is recorded, and nobody gets added to a sales funnel.
Other people may be on the call. If it’s something you’d rather not discuss in a group, schedule a private conversation.
What You Can Bring
Whatever has you stuck. For example:
A decision you keep putting off
A new system or process nobody’s using
More work than your team can handle
A change you’re planning that has to pay off
A people problem that’s slowing everything down
Anything where you’d like a second set of eyes
Why I Host This
Because good advice shouldn’t be reserved for big companies. Most leaders don’t have anyone to think out loud with. The people around them either work for them or want to sell them something. This is an hour where you can do that, for free.
